Disappointed

I'm so disappointed with their service its not my first time using their service but this time around my parcel was delivered at the wrong complex, usually I receive an sms that my parcel is next but this time I didn't. I don't understand how they can deliver my parcel at the wrong complex when the address is clearly written, I also don't understand how they can leave the parcel with someone hows not the rightful owner or without communicating with the rightful owner first!
