Deplorable delivery service from Dawn Wing

Unacceptable service levels from Dawn Wing with my parcel due to be delivered on Tuesday, received the sms but still no parcel from Faithful to Nature! Spoke 5 times to 2 different customer service agents, promised each time to sort it out and revert but I had to call back every time! Norman and Ronald, the parcel has finally been delivered Friday mi afternoon...really guys?
