Delivery unprofessional

Your driver came to deliver and was very rude, never wanted to come out of the vehicle, waves the parcel out the window of the vehicle, and when I asked on filling in the form, he stated in an attitude manner, write out your name surname and sign. Sorry but I'm not tolerating on the behaviour on the parcel that was delivered, utterly uncalled for, very unprofessional.
