DELIVERY TO WRONG ADDRESS - PATHETIC SERVICE

My son ordered an item from Puma, who unfortunately made use of DAWN WING - have they not heard of The Courier Guy?? Anyway, Dawn Wing delivered my son's parcel to the wrong address. The guy who received the parcel contacted us, told us he has our parcel (thank you Oliver for your HONESTY) he said when Dawn Wing arrived they asked him for his name, he told them Oliver TOTALLY DIFFERENT to my son's name!!!! And said ok, here's your parcel. WHAT A JOKE!!

My son went to buy a thank you gift for Oliver, and saw the Dawn Wing vehicle parked at Spar (this was 30 minutes after delivering my son's parcel to the wrong address), unfortunately my son had a meeting otherwise he would have confronted the courier delivery guy.

Can companies PLEASE use The Courier Guy?? Look at the horrific reviews about DAWN WING.

Next time we order from a company online and they use Dawn Wing we would rather shop somewhere else.
