Delivery of products

Good morning

Hello Peter On the 19th June my client placed an order with Herbalife, dawn wing hasn't delivered the products we don't know why. We tried calling them, sent email but nothing happened, am writing to hello Peter for the second time. They haven't help me with that product that was missing I haven't heard from them. They never get back to us and when we call they they don't pick up the phone. We don't know what to do in order for us to be taken seriously with these 2 companies, please intervene and help us
