Delivery Man.

<p>Today I received a call from a delivery man working for Dawn Wing with my parcel. He told me to come to the delivery bay which i didn't know. I told him that I don't know where the delivery bay was in my building and I asked him to come to reception as was the norm when delivering parcels. The man insisted that he was not coming to recepetion as he had a lot of deliveries to make and then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I found it rather odd and rude because I can't expect him to force me to come to a place clearly indicated that I didn't know considering that I wouldn't want to compromise my safety. Dawn Wing, please teach your delivery men some customer service as they are the face of your business and interact with your customers.</p>
