delivery local and international just useless

<p>I had two boxes from overseas sent to south africa in 2016 done by dawn wing. it has been 7 months later and still not received my parcels. i enquired with the international manager who deals with this and was always told a story upon a story . they even tried to exploit money from me and when i wanted to take this matter further with dawn wing i was told it will be looked into. my parcels were then poromised and then heard nothing from them again. tired of all the calling and frustrations of dealing with this company i employed a logistics company to look into this matter for me. this company was so pro active and eventually got to a point where dawn wing then promised to send these parcels to my home in cape town. i have now waited another month from them telling me this parcels are in cape town and surprisingly no one in cape town at dawn wing knows about these parcels.to date i have not received my parcels and now no one at dawn wing wants to take responsible for these parcels. i have now gotten to a point that i refuse to have any dealings with dawn wing and have also stopped dealings with companies who uses dawn wing as a courier company. trust this will finally impact them as they have impacted me on non delivery of parcels. </p>
