DELIVERY GIVEN TO A PASSERBY

Horrible services at best. Unfortunately I have become a statistics of not receiving my parcel whereas the app says delivered. How can you deliver a parcel to a passerby without confirming their identity. Now I am helpless and whoever took my parcel are happy as hell. My hard earned money down the drain. When you try to follow up one has to endure a long line while holding to be assisted over the phone and all I get it is the matter has been escalated ***.
