Delivery from my pharmacy

My parcel was shipped on Friday 2022/11/04 and I was told that I will be delivered to me on Tuesday 2022/11/08 when I called Dawn Wing Couriers I was told that there is a delay but I will receive my parcel on Wednesday 2022/11/09 and when I called again today I interacted with different representatives, the other one told me that I will get it today they will call the driver to deliver it today because it's urgent it was around 15h38 by then and now at 17h36 I called again to check where the driver is and the representative is telling me another story that they will only be able to deliver it tomorrow. I told them that I need the parcel urgently but they are telling me different stories, one said to me it arrived in Durban yesterday afternoon and today will be shipped to Kokstad and today I was told that it arrived late in Kokstad but they told Kokstad that they must make special delivery urgently and when I was calling again to check how far are they I was told another story that it is still on the way to Kokstad.
