Delivery

I had an unpleasant experience with Dawn Wing Couriers. I received a parcel from Makro which I purchased online. I received a call from the driver who instructed me to come downstairs (I live on the first level) to assist him in carrying the boxes to my apartment, he told me his truck load is full of my things and he can't be expected to carry them by himself. In previous experiences (I do quite a bit of online shopping, for items small and grand), the goods are delivered in multiple loads if need be. To be expected to lug items around as a buyer and not the employee of a courier company is truly unacceptable. I'm expecting another package from PTA sent via this company and I'm sure hoping I will not be expected to carry it myself from the delivery van.
