Delivery Failure

I placed an order with Faitfull to Nature on the 11th -paid the delivery fee to get my packet deliverd on the Wednesday. It's the 19th and yet nothing deliverd. I had to phone and find out where my parcel is - just to get informed oh sorry we had problems last week it could not go out - and it is also not scanned out today to go out on delivery. I mean a phone call just to inform me there is a problem with the delivery would not have hurt anyone.
