delivery delay

SINCE LAST MONTH I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR MY OTHER WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO TAKE 3 DAY MAX TO BE DELIVERED. I CALLED THEY DONT TOLD ME MY ADDRESS IS WRONG YET EACH WEEK I RECEIVE ORDERS DELIVERED MY THIS STUPID DAWN WING COMPANY TO THE SAME ADDRESS.

WHEN I offered to go collect at silverton, they told me they will first ask thier supervisor. on the 07.09.20 I receive at sms saying my order is being delivered and it was never delivered and they I call I was rudely told it was returned to the senders warehouse.
