Delivery date being moved, still awaiting delivery.

My parcel was confirmed received on 27-12-17 by Dawn Wing. I have still not received my parcel and today is 02-01-18.

Every time I try to confirm delivery a date the delivery commitment that was previously given is then moved out. (Date moved out twice)
