Delivery almost a week late

Hi I placed an order with a company on Saturday 28th November 2015 and I was promised delivery within 3-4 days and my order was shipped out on time but I still haven't received it. Bear in mind its now the 7th December. I was told they had come on the 2nd December but no one was available to receive which is a lie but I still accepted the excuse and was promised the delivery will take place today(07/12/15). Its 5:13 pm I have been on the call with call center from 4:30 pm ( to give the company time till end of day for possible delivery) and the call center literally picks up my call and reroutes it without talking to me multiple times before the line goes dead.<br> <br> This is crazy service from a courier company.<br> <br> I demand answers to my delivery and I am prepared to drive the warehouse and collect it myself as clearly the route planning of this company is unsuccessful.<br>
