Deliver late. Calls not answered.

Terrible business! I've been waiting for over two weeks to receive my package with no communication on why it is taking this long. I tried calling them and just when I was "caller number 2" I was told I'm now "caller number 60" to speak to a consultant. The absolute pits! Why are they even in business with this level of incompetence?!
