Delayed parcel

Im expecting a parcel to be delivered to me from Monday, i know it takes 5 to 10 working days for the item to be delivered, but what **** me off is if you want to track the parcel and of which you phone them, you will hold for hours with no response, i dont know if the is someone working there or not, no answer on their phones, they send me an email saying my parcel is already out for delivery on Tuesday today is Thursday and i have not received my parcel and the worst thing i can't do any follow-up on the order.☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️
