Delayed delivery from Dawn Wing

They've had my parcel since Wednesday but they've failed to deliver. I've always had a bad experience with this company with lazy employees. I have the tracking number but it's untraceable. How am I supposed to know my parcel's whereabouts if the tracking number is not traceable.

And also your drivers are pathological ****s. They aways claim that the clients are not available in their phones. My parcel better be delivered today!
