Delayed delivery

Dawn wing is keeping my parcel from the 22nd its shows to be on westrand floor they not delivering for no reasons i guess i called and emailed they said consultant will be in touch i order from snatcher they were deliver on the 26th but today is the 28 no delivery....can you deliver my parcel asap...,OPT-***
