Delayed collection

Your service is terrible. You were supposed to collect my parcel on the 1st April but got an sms that I was not available but I work from home and I was home the whole day. Then on the 4th I get an sms that Prince Dube will be collecting my parcel which again never materialized.

After sending an email to complain at 17:55 I then get an sms again at 19:14 that I was not available hence they could not collect the parcel.

This is so unprofessional
