Delay in receiving order

I have ordered books from Marko online on the 22nd of January 2022, they handed the delivery to Dawn wing on the 4th of Feb. Since then I have been struggling to get my parcel, each time there is an excuse. There were a shipment delay, then the parcel was received in Upington, but Upington dont service Kathu anymore so then the parcel was reroute to Vryburg branch, i was told yesterday the 17th that my parcel was out on delivery, I phoned them and made certain that it will be delivered. Around 5 I phoned them again because its getting late and they told me it will be delivered still. Just before 7pm I phoned them again, the lady assured me that the driver is running late but it will be delivered still tonight. I have waited untill 20:30 no delivery was made. So this morning I phoned them again and asked them where is my parcel and the guy says to me that is will be delivered today it is our for delivery today so I asked him but how can this be when I was promised that it would be delivered yesterday and the best of all is that I was phoning them the whole time and no one even let me know, if I look on the internet to track my parcel it has not been updated yet, it says postal error, but I have confirmed my address about 50 times and its the same address that they have delivered once before without any problem. I asked the operator this morning I would guess that after all this struggle to deliver my parcel that I hope I will be number 1 on the delivery list today and he told me they can only advise on that after 8 when the drivers load their parcels. This is really not fair, I have paid for my parcels, I have phoned them number of times, each time its a different promise. I will not make use of Dawn wing again
