Delay in Delivering of a Parcel

I order stuff online at clicks on the 02 May 2020 and they are using Dawn Wing as the courier company. I tracked my parcel on their website and it shows that it arrived in Dawn Wing JHB on the 20th and I have been calling them asking when the parcel will be delivered, all of the consultants have been telling me different stories and promising me that i should expect the parcel the following day. To this day my parcel has not arrived and they are no longer answering their phones. I have never experience such a pathetic service regarding delivery of goods from any courier company. This is the worst courier company that anyone can ever use.
