DEAR FLAWED WING!

It's sad to see how such businesses still exist despite providing the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE WORST ETHIC when it comes to Business and service Delivery.

Where do I even begin with my complaint?

The staff are ***********, they fail to provide the customer with IMPORTANT information whilst awaiting a delivery.

When You email and call back and forth to query the service, you get no response. Then they cut you off because they find you intolerant for calling their ****ty services out.

You make payments to release your parcel on Monday 17th and are still awaiting Delivery. Mind you their slow paced service has been slithering around with mindless queries since 9th February. It's now the 20th February.

They make excuses upon excuses and frustrate you. If there are so many complaints,why is no action been taken against the company?

I would also like to name the staff involved in providing this treacherous service! That's if you guys care to resolve these issues
