DAWNWING,SUPERBALIST &TAKEALOT ARE *******

I bought an item that was delivered on the 3rd of October, I logged an exchange immediately because it turned out to be big on me. I received an sms that the delivery of exchange item will be on the 6th Oct. On the 5th Oct I received a call from a Dawnwing courier(full uniform and in a Dawnwing bakkie) telling me they are collecting the exchange item, which I gave them. I asked him when the correct size is coming and he said maybe they will send him the next day with the correct size. The next day, Takealot courier calls me bringing the correct size but couldn't give me because I didn't have the one I was exchanging. Superbalist.com have been telling me they are investigating for 3 weeks now and they have since cancelled my return. They told me they don't use Dawnwing courier and when I gave them the number the courier used to call me they are telling ne stories. I had searched the number and it said DOD couriers, but Superbalist said the number is not a coirier number. I paid R599 for the item and my heart is broken with this ecperience, it is ckear the Superbalist staff gave out my return info to a courier to come ***** from me. I have spoken to NIishaat Ponto, Thembinkosi Z and Andile Fuze but none have assisted.
