DAWNWING & RUNWAY SALE

I made a purchase at Runway Sale on 22/ 05 /2020 which according to them I would receive 7- 9 days after payment. My purchase has been out in transit since last week Thursday. When I call Runway same, I am told to follow up with dawn wing. I've been calling dawn wing & runway sale for more than a week now. DAWN WING DOES NOT EVEN BOTHER ANSWERING THEIR CALLS. and runway sale tells me there's nothing they can do. I just have to wait for Dawn Wing. Last night, I received an email from Runway sale telling me that my parcel is put on delivery & I should receive it sometime this week! So I still don't have an exact date & no way to follow up with dawnwing! What kind of company doesn't answer their phone? And what happened to respecting turn around times? Am I expected to wait until it is eventually convenient for dawnwing to deliver? Maybe Runway sale should find a better delivery partner. The item I purchased is supposed to be a birthday present. The birthday is TOMORROW!!!!
