Dawnwing nobody home

I Received an SMS that my parcel was accepted by dawnwing on Wednesday 8 Feb 2023.

I received acall from them on 9th to say that the adress is wrong. take note the fid deliver a parcel from the same vompany to the dame person at the same adress on the 3rd if Feb.

I gave the correct adress..... the adress was just incomplete in the sense that the wrong info was in the wrong spot but the whole adress was on their system and they did not ask me what's my name.

on the 10th morning i received an SMS that my parcel will be delivered.

Dear ANLIOUTCOR, your parcel from NU SKIN ENTERPRISES SA is out for delivery today with lawrenceh from DPD Laser with registration FM05BWGP. The delivery address is: - SKIN SENSE DAY SPA CNR OF WESSELS AND 8TH STREET RIVONIA GAUTENG 2128

That was a busy day at work and i completely forgot about the parcel.

at 4pm I realised that I did not have the parcel and it needs to go to a client who is leaving for Quatar on Monday.

I went and asked around and the receptiones said that the couroer was at our offices but the parcel had no name on and the courier said he will not look for the person who the parcel is for and will not walk up 1 set of stairs so he left withthe parcel.

I phoned the only number I could find on Google and held on for 2 minutes and then got cut off.

I phoned again and held on for 10 minutes and then someone pivked up and I gave her my tracking number NS*** and she rep**** 'mam the adress is wrong'. I then said 'Im going to loose it' and she put me on hold...... and eventually I put down the phone.

I phoned again...... held on for another 16 minutes and the lady said ok she will phoene the Driver and phone me back. and I said. no.... pleade I xill hold on..... she put me on hold for 8 mi utes and the dropped the phone.

I phoned another 4 times.... held on untill I got to 1sr in line and then the call is dropped untill 5pm. Now they are closed untill saturday morning.

I phoned on Saturday.... held on for 14 minutes and spoke to a lady who said they would deliver that day. she even told me that the due date is only Monday whatever that means.

Needless to say the parcel, as not delivered as promised again.

I phoned and held on for 17 minutes..... got to the front and asked to speak to the floor supervisor............. received no awnser just was put on hold. Held on another 5 minutes.... a lady picks up........ qi ask if she was the supervusor and she said no.... the receptionist..... and that i need to escelate the matter with customer service and got put in the cue again...... another 8minutes got in front of the cue and someone pivke dup but nobodys home.

I will necer ever recommend them. from friday at 4......nobody was willi c to help........ so their staff stoppes working at 4 not 5.
