DAWNWING COURIERS - DISGUSTING SERVICE - MR PRICE ONLINE PLEASE CHANGE YOUR SERVICE PROVIDER

Dawn Wing were given a parcel before the 19th of July, I had ordered something for my dad on Fathers Day. They firstly send me an sms on the 20th saying they on their way, should I wish to change the delivery address to reply via sms, which I did. I then got a call from Lucky, the driver, saying he was at my work address. HELLO I don't work on Saturdays! He said I should sms him my home address and he would ensure I would get the delivery that day! NEVER HAPPENED. I have been contacting Mr Price and DawnWing, Ursula, Refilwe and Candice. Candice promised the delivery to my home address YESTERDAY!!!! THIS NEVER HAPPENED. I wish I could speak to someone senior at this company and tell them how DISGUSTING THEIR SERVICE IS. I will never use or recommend them. I am hoping Mr Price also change their couriers!
