Dawn wing's false confirmation about deliveries

Pathetic service.. Dawn wing's agent **** about my package being delivered, iv been trying to contact them since, no response after the numerous call backs i submitted, emails iv sent, all my calls gets cut and now apparently they are offline and cannot see where my package is, i don't even know if they still have my package as the agents clearly have no idea wants going on and makes up any story as they go. Pandora's online services were impeccable, unfortunately I wont order there again as long as Dawn wing is responsible for their deliveries
