Dawn Wing/DPD Laser Totally Useless

I have now been waiting 4 days for a delivery from this company.

They won't deliver unless the driver is able to contact you, I missed the driver's calls both on Friday and the Monday. I spent all day Tuesday talking to their customer service centre to arrange to have the parcel delivered today.

I have waited the entire day with my phone on me - nothing, nada, nix. Their call centre is supposedly open till 19:00 according to the recorded intro which I think is a lie as you sit in a queue just to end up going round and round and never being answered.

Dawn Wing is in the process of being rebranded to DPD Laser and I must say I don't think that it is an improvement on what has turned out to be an appalling service. Do they expect people to stop their entire lives just to wait for them to deliver a parcel?!
