DAWN WING yet another bad experience

Extremely unreliable for both types of client either sender or receiver. Their drivers claim that they could not deliver because nobody was there to receive the parcel. This is a blunt lie - I personally believe their drivers simply don´t go to areas where they have only 1 recipient as it has a negative impact on their successful deliveries quota. Neither Dawn Wings call centre nor any of their two Durban branches respond to phone calls. I will never use them as couriers and also refrain from buying at online shops that use them.
