DAWN WING - WORST SERVICE EVER

This order was placed a week ago. Phoned to follow-up on Monday 7th just to be told due to the area that we are in they only do deliveries on Tuesdays. It is not as if Rustenburg is a small village. Tuesday comes and goes. Phone again on Wednesday afternoon just to be told the deliveries from the main center arrived late and they are still busy sorting but they will escalate it that it be delivered first thing on Thursday morning, Need I say it; I phoned 16:55 and inquired again as to the reason why my package has not been delivered and also wanted to know if I was going to have to wait till Tuesday again for delivery.

The lady asked me to please hold and I am sure she went home because I was on the line for more than 10 minutes and nobody came back to me.

Dawn Wing has the worst courier service I am sure in the entire world. Can somebody please see to it that this company closes its doors
