Dawn Wing Worst Courier company ever!

The courier company is the worst ever! Consultants lie to customers over the phone and even go to the extent of making you hold for hours and hours hooding your minutes/airtime would run out I over heard a consultant say this over the phone to someone next to him not realizing that am not put on hold these were his words “I wander when this *******es airtime’s running out, his been on hold lol these clients Are dom.” I lost a business contract worth thousands of rands cause of this company as they failed to deliver my documents on time for days till the last day of Submission they kept lying to me that the drivers on his way, whereis on the tracking site it wasn’t even dispatched. Don’t ever use this company if you ever want to get your parcel. Word of advise cause they cause about putting you thru to the person in charge and it never happens . Dawn Wing doesn’t take they customers seriously .
