Dawn Wing - Worst courier company ever

I have been waiting 2 days for a parcel. Contacted them several times and left messages. Was informed parcel would be delivered yesterday before 16:00. All of a sudden I received an sms at 18:00 saying that I was not available to accept parcel, while I was waiting for parcel to be delivered. Phoned twice today, no feedback or call from them. You hold on forever to speak to someone and are put through to several people without anyone actually assisting you. Your details are taken down eventually without anyone phoning you back. This is the worst company I've dealt with in a long time. Their service is pathetic!!!!!
