Dawn Wing - Worst courier company

Dawn wing sent me an SMS this morning to say that they're delivering my parcel (with my tracking number). By 18:00 I had not received my parcel yet. I called them and the lady told me that it had not been delivered because the driver had called me at 16:00 and I had not answered. I was home and nobody called me. Any idiot knows that if call a mobile number the will be a record of the call. I don't know why the driver didn't deliver it but he's a blatant ****. Now they say that they will deliver it tomorrow. I will have to see if that happens. I have received many parcels (local and international) and they're the worse. The parcel is from Wootware. I've had an excellent shopping experience with Wootware but Dawn Wing has soured the experience. Worst delivery company so far that I've experienced.
