Dawn Wing will always let you down

My parcels are always delayed with Dawn Wing. The driver arrived at my gate and I had to click the link. By the time I clicked the link (immediately when I got the SMS) he had already left my gate. Today they're saying my parcel cant be delivered because the vehicle broke down. If a vehicle breaks down in the morning surely they can send another vehicle before the end of the day? This is one of many times I have been disappointed by Dawn Wing
