Dawn Wing vs. Herbalife.. both pathetic

This is pathetic, it's Thursday I have waited since Monday for my parcel and was advised I will only receive it on Friday by Dawn Wing.. this is not the only time and as an Herbalife Distributor it results in lost of clients because of waiting time provided.. either it's Herbalife advertising incorrect delivery time, or Dawn Wing has lack of urgency in delivering good customer service. How the hell should we do business with a ridiculous courier company that does not take their customers serious... of course because the money is in their bank accounts so why bother. @Herbalife you should really look into using another courier company because this is NOT fair towards us.. or are you also just going to sit back and do nothing like before?????
