Dawn Wing useless

They do not even deserve one star. They received my parcel 2 weeks ago, and every time I phone they tell me "Thursday or Monday". Personally I think they lost the parcel but won't tell me. I tried speaking to any manager, but none of them answer their phones. It rings until it cuts out. Can companies please stop using Dawn Wing!!!
