Dawn Wing Useless and ************* Delivery in the World

Hi There, Probably the worst delivering Company on Earth... I received a message that my package will be delivered next and 5 min later I receive another message that my package was not able to be delivered because I am not available to receive the package which is a total lie... I am waiting the entire day for my package to be delivered by Dawn Wing....... I tried to get hold of dawn wing since this morning at 8 am and was only able to get through to your helpdesk at 13:30 and still no help.... You guys are really messing up people's days with this **** service... I have never had this bad server from any company in my entire life...... AND STILL I HAVE NO F PACKAGE... The only reason I am giving 1 star is there is no option to give NO starts...
