Dawn Wing, update your tracking system.

I am so disappointed in Dawn Wing Couriers. Someone has been trying to send my mother a gift (which should have been delivered in time for her 90th birthday last Saturday). The delivery man came to our home at 18:20 last Thursday but I was not in. I was sent the following SMS, which I only picked up at 19:30 - "Hi Elizabeth ****, my name is CLIFORD from Dawn Wing. I am outside your premises. Please click below to send me instructions". When I click the link it says call the call centre. When I call the call centre they CANNOT track the parcel. I do not know who is sending the parcel - it is a surprise gift. They cannot track based on my mobile number, which they have, it is linked to the delivery, NOT on the name on the delivery, NEITHER on the physical address, NOR on the delivery man name. I do not have a reference number. This system is quite ridiculous - that you have only one way to track a parcel.
