Dawn Wing - Unreliable & Unnacceptable Service

I ordered a pair of shoes from a company 'Saint and Summer' in Umhlanga, they make use of Dawn Wing to courier their stock across the country. I was informed that the courier came to deliver but no one was home which was not correct as I was home at the said time. The driver then called me off his private cell that evening after hours to apologize and made arrangements to deliver my package the Saturday at 7am. Well 7am came and went, by 10am I was growing frustrated as I had somewhere else to be so I called Dawn Wing and to my surprise, the package and I quote \has never left the warehouse"";and I'm still awaiting a call back from the manager at Dawn Wing.
