DAWN WING - UNHAPPY WITH SERVICE OR LACK OF IT

I am so disgusted by the service from Dawn Wing. I have been waiting for my parcel since 20th May, I can never get through to their customer services lines.

On 2 occasions I have received a call that the parcel was on the way to me but it never arrived. Just today I received an sms that the driver was 6 mins away and I even rep**** for him to call me on my cell should he have any trouble finding me but no call, no parcel arrived. I am so frustrated by this kind of service.
