Dawn Wing Theft

Wow so many bad reviews about this company I don't even understand why retail companies are still using them. I placed my order with woolworths on the 30th of November 2024, I was told my order would arrive before the 6th of December 2024. Today on the 9th of December 2024 I contacted the retail shops customer care department and they told me the package was delivered and signed for on the 4th of December 2024. They delivered to whom because I did not receive it neither did they call me to tell me that they are delivering my package. This is theft and it is unacceptable this company and its workers need to be investigated and shut down and we plead with these retail companies to stop using them once and for all. I want my package and I want every single item I ordered, no refund I want my stuff period.
