Dawn wing the worst logistics company

I have been waiting for my Herbalife parcel and after a week it said deliverd on the system and I ddnt get it.

I decided to call and they gave me a bad attitude telling me the driver was hijacked and no communication was done.

I am waiting for a second parcel that has left the company 4 days ago and the consultant was so rude telling me to wait for it to arrive.

I want a refund for all this as my customers cancelled the order and you guys have bad service and your people are rude
