If i could give them a negative star I would. When you call the correct department you are on hold for over 10 minutes and no pick up, when you go to the national desk for help you deal with a disrespectful, belittling and rude agent. It is very annoying when you are polite but have to endure rude staff, or are they not aware their jobs require being polite to staff
