Dawn Wing - Terrible Service

2nd Time round and my parcel has been delivered to the incorrect address. First time I tracked my own parcel down and collected it from a company down the road. This time, Dawn wing can do their jobs, but are they doing that NO!!!!! Monday received an sms saying my parcel had been delivered. Tuesday, I called dawn Wing and was told they would uplift the parcel and deliver it to me. Wednesday I called again and was told that someone from East London Branch would call me. By late Wednesday I called again and was told that an e-mail would be sent to queries who in turn will follow up. One day later and still no call or parcel. Called again only be given the same story - BAD SERVICE!!!!!!! Wondering if I will get my parcel. Have reported this to the Retailer I purchased from (very reputable retailer) and waiting feedback from them. If this is how Dawn Wing operates I hope the retailer in question FIRES them and their promised service!
