DAWN WING TERRIBLE!!

My parcel has been "sitting" in their warehouse since 28 April 2022. Expected delivery was 03 May 2022. I am still waiting. I get no service from anyone. I do not know what to do anymore to get my parcel. I constantly have to phone for feedback. They always promise to phone me back but the promises are never fulfilled. I would not suggest Dawn Wing as a courier company. What a terrible experience!!!!!
