Dawn Wing support is non existent

If a courier tells me they will deliver on Wednesday and they don't I get super worked up. Especially if it's urgent!!! But when you phone twice and use their online chat once and every time they tell you they will call you back and they don't you are forever off my courier list.

I will never use you again!!!
