Dawn Wing sucks! Companies need to use them less!

Dawn Wing took forever to deliver my New Balance order, only to tell me that they have lost it. They are now making me call them everyday to resolve the issue & deliver a substitute product. I wish less companies would use them. They are obviously overwhelmed judging from all the reviews here.
