Dawn Wing SUCKS at communicating

Firstly, their delivery & communication service sucks, they make empty promises. I wasted 2 days of my life waiting for them with no communication that my delivery will not be delivered. I called and was told that they will deliver before 5pm, yesterday 31 May 2021, waited, nothing was delivered. We pay for their service, yet no communication. I had to go online to track where it is, only to discover that its failed to deliver TWICE already. Today is the 3rd day and they have received my parcel on the 26th already,
