Dawn wing sucks

I should not even give them one star. This courier company is probably the worst in South africa.

I ordered a parcel through edgars and they sent it through dawn wing. Firstly they delivered it 18:30 in the evening. We received a email saying the parcel was delivered but not to us. I phoned them the next morning and they said it was delivered And a person signed for it that we did not even know. We live in a small town so we thought it was one of our neighbours, but we found out that the person lives in another town half a hour away. We phoned the woman and she said yes the package was there and that the dawn wing courier told her that it was supposed to be delivered there but that was not even the adress on the parcel. I phoned dawn wing to complain and they promised the operation manager would phone me back. Im still waiting!!! I think this company is the worst in south africa and this was my second bad experience with them!!!!
