Dawn Wing Still waiting on delivery - 6 weeks later.

I have been waiting for over 6 weeks to receive my package. No one has contacted me and every time i call, i am told the same message "we will call you to arrange delivery" This is uncalled for. When i check on their website, it shows as my package is delivered. I did not receive anything. So how is it delivered???
